Now I remember - I don't have much control over the images in the blog posts with this theme. I'm gonna leave it for now but search for a better theme that lets me put in my google Adsense.

Sorry Robin - I didn't notice you sitting there in the queue. I quite agree - those "long winded" letters work. Thanks for all the help!

Thanks Randy! I just left you a voicemail providing you with an update. Keep in mind that you are seeking out a product that is not yet available. You can buy Kaseya today without any problem, you just can't buy the version I want to talk to you about.

Talk with you soon,
Chad

Yep - I guess I was a little angry last night when I wrote this. I'm sure it will all work out in the end. Yes, I'm convinced that Kaseya is the way to go... now after all that, let's hope I can afford it (prices unknown at this point). Thanks!

Randy, as I mentioned in my email tonight, I am going to make sure you are taken care of. Don't fret, by tomorrow you will have some sort of Kaseya to use :)

Thanks for hanging in there!

As an all round package though, Kaseya still seems to look the sweetest. Monitoring , Backup and Disaster Recovery, End point security and remote access. Does anyone else do all four?

Yep - Packet Trap is looking better again. They also offer coaching to help build an MSP business. I didn't know N-Able was doing that, too.

I feel your pain! I'm going through the same painful decision making. I keep getting my fortnightly call from the N-Able rep who's actually very helpful and I like the sound of their business coaches. I can't help but think Kaseya is a better solution though. It's just a shame that their support infrastructure is (apparently) so awful.
