Well, not a REAL hero. I went to a long time client who had 3 annoying problems that have caused him endless frustration for weeks. Within 30 minutes all problems were history. I charged a fair price and went on my way. From my point of view, I didn’t even have to be awake to solve those problems… from his point of view it was just shy of a magic.
I like it when it works out like that - What a great way to start the day! If every service call could go so smoothly and have such an affect on the client, I’d never again complain about working so many hours.
